The inscription reads: "Though in this holy season we are miles apart, may our Great Comforter bind us together in love, affection, and faith. May we join the heavenly host in song, praising the birth of our Savior and King. With the shepherds, may we worship at the blessed manager, and with the Wise men marvel at the miracle of the God made manifest.
